Method 3

Method three is the complete opposite of method one and two. In this method, you pull all available skin over the glans. You can use the ventral bottom stretch or the dorsal top stretch in this method. Place the thumb and the fingertips on the foreskin and pull up. In the dorsal top stretch, the foreskin opening should be on the underside while the opening should be on the top side for the ventral stretch method. Tug the foreskin for 20 seconds or more and then let go and relax. It is also important to alternate the spot that you hold with your fingers to avoid bruising. Repeat this procedure for 20 minutes or more.
